We work side by side between you and our experienced contractors to turn a concept into a home built and guaranteed by our Master Builder.

Peakstone offer Master Builder quality homes to your development and we have an established customer base who are keen to own and invest in Peakstone homes. This will save you time, marketing and agent fees.Our understanding of the market gives us great insight into types of development suitable for the location and at the timing of the market.

We listen to your thoughts and requirements, and build to meet your personalised needs.
We will discuss your budget and lifestyle suit you then the architectural designer will draw a draft plan. We quote for this service based on the extent of your budget and requirements.
We will make details together and give you a developed plan. Then we can work with you closely to refine your plans to your exact requirements and specifications. Once plan complete and finalized , we can present a fixed price quotation to build your new home.The quoting service is free.
Once you satisfy with the fixed price quote, we will prepare a Master Builders build contract and a Master Builders guarantee application. Progress payments will be required as outlined in your build contract.
We will prepare full working consent drawings and submit these on your behalf, the entire process will be took care.
Once Council consented plans received, the construction of your new home will commence soon. An indicative timeline will be presented after meeting with you. A regular based site meeting with you and project manager will be held. The different stages of building process include:
  • Consent issued
  • Completion of the roof
  • Completion if exterior cladding, windows, etc
  • Completion of interior walls, doors, etc
  • All work completed
We will arrange for a final inspection with Council to get a Code of Compliance.
